VELRAYE Returns & Refund Policy
We want customers to feel confident ordering from VELRAYE.
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Standard Returns
To qualify for a standard return, the product should be:
- In its original condition
- Unused or minimally handled for inspection
- Returned with included accessories and components
- Returned in its original packaging when reasonably possible
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
To begin a return, contact Fraycollc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Please do not send a product back without first contacting us for return instructions.
Used Electrical Products
For safety and hygiene reasons, products that have been substantially used may not qualify for a standard change-of-mind return.
This does not limit your rights if the product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise qualifies for a remedy under applicable law.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order when it arrives.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us promptly at Fraycollc@gmail.com and include:
Your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos or video showing the issue.
We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, refund, or other assistance depending on the circumstances.
Return Shipping
Unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
Any applicable return-shipping requirements will be explained before the return is authorized.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Banks and payment providers may require additional time to post the refund after it has been processed.
Original shipping charges, when applicable, may not be refundable unless required by law or the return resulted from our error.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as quickly as possible.
We cannot guarantee cancellation once fulfillment has begun or the order has shipped.
