Product Safety

The VELRAYE™ Realm Pro Smart Projector is an electronic device and should be used only as instructed.

For safe operation:

  • Use only a compatible power source, power adapter, cable, and plug.
  • Keep the projector and electrical components away from water, excessive moisture, and liquids.
  • Do not operate the projector if the unit, power adapter, cord, plug, or other electrical components appear damaged.
  • Keep ventilation openings unobstructed while the projector is operating.
  • Do not cover the projector with fabric or other materials during use.
  • Do not look directly into the projector lens while the light source is operating.
  • Keep the projector on a stable surface or properly secured compatible stand.
  • Keep the device and accessories away from young children unless supervised by an adult.
  • Allow adequate airflow around the projector to prevent overheating.
  • Disconnect the projector from power before cleaning it.
  • Do not attempt to disassemble or repair internal electrical components unless qualified to do so.

Always follow the instructions included with the product.

Third-Party Apps and Streaming Services

The Realm Pro uses an Android-based smart projector platform and may support third-party applications and streaming services.

App availability, account requirements, sign-in functionality, features, software support, and maximum playback quality may vary by application, software version, account, device configuration, and region.

VELRAYE does not control third-party applications or streaming services and cannot guarantee that a particular third-party service will remain available indefinitely.

For broader certified streaming compatibility, customers may also connect a compatible HDMI streaming device.
