These terms govern your use of the VELRAYE storefront and purchases from VELRAYE.

Product information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, specifications, colors, prices, availability, and other information accurately. Appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, screens, manufacturing changes, supplier updates, or product updates. Only specifications expressly stated on the storefront should be relied upon.

Product use

Use VELRAYE products only as directed and follow the instructions provided with the product. For the Realm Pro Smart Projector, use compatible electrical power equipment, keep ventilation openings clear, keep liquids away from the projector and power components, and do not look directly into the projection lens while the light source is operating.

Do not operate a projector, power adapter, cable, or plug that appears damaged.

Apps and third-party services

App and streaming-service availability, features, account requirements, playback quality, and continued support may change or vary by third-party service, software version, account, and region.

Orders, pricing, and payment

Orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We may correct pricing or listing errors and may refuse, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, inventory issues, payment problems, or shipping restrictions. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, an appropriate refund will be issued.

Payments may be processed through Shopify and authorized payment providers.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping timeframes are estimates. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Please review the applicable policies before ordering.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, VELRAYE branding, logos, original graphics, website content, original product copy, photographs, videos, and advertisements are owned by or licensed to VELRAYE and may not be commercially reproduced without permission except where permitted by law.

Third-party services

The storefront may use third-party services including Shopify, payment processors, fulfillment and shipping providers, analytics providers, apps, and marketing platforms. Their independent services may be governed by their own terms and policies.

Changes

We may update these terms when reasonably necessary. The current version will be posted on the storefront.
