Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your VELRAYE purchase. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

Return eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item should be in substantially the same condition in which it was received and, where applicable, include its original packaging and accessories. Items damaged after delivery, altered, or returned with missing parts may not qualify for a full refund.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If it is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, use our Contact page as soon as possible. We may request photographs or other information to review the issue.

How to request a return

Contact us with your order number and reason for the return before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior contact may be delayed or may not be accepted.

Return shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer may be responsible for return-shipping costs. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from our error or an issue with the product upon arrival.

Refunds

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellation after an order enters processing or fulfillment.
