Where does VELRAYE ship?
VELRAYE currently ships within the United States. Standard shipping is currently free for eligible U.S. orders. Delivery timing shown at checkout or in order communications is an estimate and may vary with fulfillment and carrier conditions.
How do I track my order?
Once tracking information is available, it will be sent to the contact information associated with your order. Carrier tracking may take additional time to begin showing movement after a label is created.
What comes with the Realm Pro?
The package includes the Realm Pro projector, remote control, power adapter/cable, and user manual.
What is the projector’s native resolution?
The Realm Pro has a native 1280 × 720 HD display. It can accept higher-resolution source content, but projected optical output remains at the projector’s native 720p resolution.
Does it support Netflix and other streaming apps?
The Realm Pro platform uses Android 14 with access to apps such as Netflix, YouTube, and Prime Video, subject to app availability. App availability, sign-in requirements, features, and maximum playback quality can vary by service, software version, account, and region. The Realm Pro is not advertised as an officially Netflix-certified projector. For the broadest certified streaming compatibility, you can connect a compatible HDMI streaming device.
What wireless connections does it support?
The Realm Pro supports dual-band Wi‑Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.4, plus compatible wireless casting.
How large can the image be?
The listed projection range supports images up to approximately 130 inches, depending on placement and viewing conditions. The listed projection distance is approximately 1.2–4 meters.
How do I adjust the picture?
The projector supports automatic keystone correction, manual focus, 4-point adjustment, and a flexible 180° rotating design for different placement angles.
Which colors are available?
The current U.S. storefront offers White and Grey Realm Pro variants with a U.S. plug.
What ports are included?
The Realm Pro includes HDMI, USB, and a 3.5 mm audio connection, alongside wireless connectivity.
Can I return my order?
Eligible return requests may be submitted within 30 days of delivery under our Return Policy. Please use our Contact page before sending an item back.
What if my projector arrives damaged or incorrect?
Use our Contact page as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos or video showing the issue so we can review the appropriate resolution.
